This 15 week advanced virtual series will be taught by Master Li (there are prerequisites). Details are below the video and on the registration page.

Prerequisites: Sheng Zhen Healing Stage I AND any one Sheng Zhen standing form (as workshops / series, virtual or in-person, with Master Li, Teacher Jing, or a certified Sheng Zhen Teacher. Wednesday webinars or non-series classes or practice classes that reviewed or covered movements from these forms do not count.)

Replays will be available (you do not have to attend live or you can attend live and also watch replays).
